There are Three Types of Photography Services I Provide at Events:
- An event provided banner (often with sponsor logos) is placed in the background of a lighted area for people to pose as they enter. Ala red carpet.
- I politely take photos of guests and groups at the venue at appropriate times throughout the evening.
- Including decor, signage, logos and event organizer photos.
Parties and Social Events expecting more than 200 guests may require a 2nd photographer at an additional $100.00/hr. Above does not include a “Photographer’s Assistant” (One who writes the names of the individuals in each photo) See below.
Photography Fees Include the Following:
- Professional on-site photography wearing appropriate attire.
- Travel up to 60 miles one way from zip code 33477 (For one way travel over 60 miles from the stated zip code please add $2 per additional mile.)
- Full day of post processing and additional photo editing.
I do not watermark images from events in which compensation for photography occurs. However, I do reserve the right to watermark any photo copies taken at any event and use them in my own promotions.
Additional Fees if Requested
- Photographers Assistant (Optional): A Photographers Assistant is a liaison at the event between the Photographer, Organizer and Guests. An Assistant will perform many duties including gathering names of the attendees in the photographs. There is a $125 flat fee for an assistant for events between 1-4 hours.
